Downs Roofing has been servicing the Darling Downs for nearly 40 years. This family owned business has been passed down to the next generation, along with all their skill and knowledge. Downs Roofing is more than just a roofing company. They manufacture their own gutters and flashings. In fact, Downs Roofing is the sole manufacturer of the traditional OG guttering style in QLD. Further to this, they manufacture the more common quad gutter and both gutter styles are distributed all over Australia.
Our Story
As a family owned and operated business for two generations, we have a proven commitment to quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Throughout the years, we’ve ensured that homes and businesses have top-quality roofing and guttering that lasts well beyond expectations.
Founder, Philip Box, created Downs Roofing in 1982 and it was established as a family business a year later. Of his 3 sons, Sam Box continued to work in the roofing industry and carry on the business after Philip retired. Sam is a qualified tradesman, who utilises his years of experience in residential and commercial roofing to make him a leader in his field.
Since 1983, Downs Roofing has been supplying and installing high-grade metal roofing solutions. With a diverse range of products and services, Downs Roofing is your one-stop-shop in all things roofing and gutters.
